Roast Beef for a Wedding Feast

That’s also pretty much how it felt with the first bite of  the “Roast Beef for a Wedding Feast” from Theresa Carle-Sanders’ Outlander Kitchen, page 94.

I woke up with a desire to make a home-cooked meal for my family from Outlander Kitchen.  I flipped to the table of contents to see what stood out.

Pulled Pork Family Dinner from Outlander Kitchen

Once I got a hold of a copy of the Outlander Kitchen Cookbook (a gift from Daddy; so thankful he “enables my addiction.” Now I can keep my signed copy in a safe place and use my unsigned copy as I cook.  I can write notes in it and it won’t matter when food splatters upon the pages!) I just had to try out a recipe right away.
